When a goal is owned by the individual and its supervisor/mentor to be achieved such as a shared goal - can we allocate a certain percentage to the individual and a different percentage to the supervisor/mentor so that when it comes to review for the mentor, this goal whether its achieved or not only affect their review less than if its a fully owned shared goal? if this feature can be added it would be great, many thanks!
