🔄 Enhanced Notes Privacy Settings
We've upgraded Teamflect administrators' control over notes privacy with new settings to fine-tune access levels:
For Teamflect Administrators:
Choose whether administrators can view - both public and private user notes,
- only public ones,
- or none at all.
For Managers:
Determine if managers can access - public and private notes of their direct reports,
- limit them to public notes only,
- or restrict access fully.

We are excited to announce the launch of the Organization Resources feature, now available to all users within your organization.
What's New:
- Admins can now add links or attach documents directly within the intranet at https://admin.teamflect.com/#/intranet/myorganizationresources
- Admins also have the ability to define custom icons for resources.
- Employees can easily access the resources via the My Organization page on the homepage, where clicking on a document will automatically prompt a download, and selecting a link will redirect users to the specified URL.
