We’ve redesigned the Review PDF to make it cleaner, easier to read, and optimized for printing.

What’s new
  • Removed box-based layouts → now content flows as headings + text.
  • Simplified tables, charts, and Likert scales for a document-style format.
  • Goals, competencies, attachments, and responses are shown as plain text for clarity.
  • Tooltip info is displayed directly under criteria titles.
  • Visibility info is now included.
  • Review Results always start on a new page.
  • Charts (Radar & 9-box) move as a whole to the next page if they don’t fit.
The result: a streamlined, print-friendly PDF that reads like a professional document while preserving all critical details.

We’re excited to announce improvements to the Goal Bulk Upload Template, designed to make importing goals into Teamflect more accurate and user-friendly.
The updated Excel Template now consists of five structured sheets:

Validation rules have also been improved with comprehensive error checks ensure correct formatting before upload:
🔹 Missing or invalid Reference IDs now trigger clear error messages
🔹 Goal Types, Visibility, Measurement Types, and Currency Codes must match predefined dropdown values.
🔹 Email addresses are now validated by both email format and User Principal Name (UPN)
🔹 Date fields must follow YYYY-MM-DD format and maintain correct Start-End order
🔹 For roll-up goals, Start, Current, and Target values are no longer mandatory
A new
“Edit and Re-upload File”
button lets users correct issues and return directly to the upload stage without starting over.

These enhancements prevent data loss, streamline validation, and make bulk uploading goals more reliable and efficient.
We’ve introduced a new way to finalize reviews that require signatures: “Release & Send for Signature.”
What’s New?
âś… Reviews configured to require signatures can now be sent directly into the signature workflow.
âś… Once released, the review becomes non-editable, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
✅ Signature order can be customized—reviewee first, reviewer first, or either order—based on your template settings.

After all required signatures are completed, the review automatically moves to Finalized status, securely closing the process.
Why It Matters:
🔹 Compliance & Accountability: Signatures provide a verifiable record of approval.
🔹 Efficiency: Automated transitions remove manual steps and prevent accidental edits.
🔹 Flexibility: Signature requirements and order are fully configurable to match your workflow needs.
For reviews that don’t require signatures, the existing “Release & Finalize” option remains unchanged.
This update ensures every review can be finalized in a way that matches your organization’s compliance and record-keeping needs, whether you need signatures or not.

You can now make Additional Comments mandatory for specific answers in rating and multiple-choice questions.

Why it matters:
Ensure reviewers add context where it’s most needed (e.g., low scores or “No” responses), leading to richer, more actionable feedback.
How it works
  1. Enable Ask for additional comments in your question settings.
  2. Select which ratings/options require a comment.
  3. Users can’t submit until those comments are filled in.
Stronger insights, less vague feedback.
We’ve made several improvements to Task Groups in the Admin Center! 🎉
What’s New:
  • âś… Assign tasks within a Task Group to different users
Example:
When onboarding a new employee, you can assign one task to the new hire, another to their manager, and a third to IT — all from the same task group.

  • Add checklists to break down complex tasks.
  • Attach files for clarity and documentation.
  • Use labels to categorize and track tasks.
  • Apply lock for editing to keep assignments consistent.
How it works:
Visit the Admin Center and the Tasks module.
Open up the Task Groups.

Assign the task to the appropriate person by clicking on the pen icon next to the task. Continue this step for all of the tasks.

Admins and HR can now manage structured processes — like onboarding, compliance, or project kick-offs — with more flexibility. This ensures each stakeholder has clear responsibilities while keeping everything organized under one task group.
HR Use Case:
For employee onboarding, HR can assign:
  • A checklist of paperwork to the new hire,
  • Training-related tasks to the manager,
  • Equipment setup tasks to IT.
All of this can be tracked under one task group, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
