📢 Contact Email Alternative for Users without a MS Teams Account
We’re excited to announce a new feature in Teamflect: Contact Email! This enhancement ensures that all users, including those without Microsoft Teams accounts, can stay informed and engaged.
What’s New?
Alternative Email Notifications: Admins can now set up a contact email for users who don’t have a Teams account. This allows notifications, updates, and recognitions to be sent to an alternative email address.
Inclusivity for All Employees: Designed especially for blue-collar workers and others who may not have individual email accounts.
How to Use It
For Individual Users: Add a contact email via the Admin Center under Active Users > Edit User.
Bulk Upload: Use the provided Excel template to quickly assign contact emails to multiple users.

We are excited to introduce rich text formatting capabilities for question descriptions within feedback, review, and survey templates in Teamflect. This enhancement allows for more expressive and detailed descriptions, helping to clarify questions and engage participants effectively.
How to Use This Feature:
Edit or Create a Template
: Open an existing template or create a new one in the Feedback, Reviews, or Surveys module.Add or Modify a Question:
Select a question to edit or add a new question to your template.Format Your Description:
Use the rich text editor toolbar to format your question description. You can add styles like bold, italics, lists, or insert links.Preview and Save:
Preview your changes to ensure the description appears as intended, then save the template.new

📢 Draft Reviews Enabled for Reviewers Before Self-Review Submission
We're pleased to announce an important update to the review process in Teamflect that enhances flexibility and efficiency for both reviewers and reviewees. With this update, reviewers can begin their assessments even before the reviewee has submitted their self-review.
New Feature Details:
Early Interaction:
Reviewers no longer need to wait for the self-review to be submitted before starting their part of the review process. They can access the review form and begin filling it out immediately.Draft Saving:
Any input from the reviewer is automatically saved as a draft. This allows reviewers to start their review early, save progress, and return to it as needed without losing any data.Simultaneous Process:
This update facilitates a more dynamic and flexible review process where both reviewers and reviewees can work on their inputs concurrently, streamlining timelines and enhancing interaction.Submission Dependencies:
Reviewers will still need to wait for the self-review to be submitted by the reviewee before they can submit their final review. This ensures that the review process remains structured and comprehensive.How to Use This Feature:
Access the Review Module:
Open the review and find the review you are assigned to as a reviewer in the ''reviews about my team'' tab.Begin Your Review Early:
Even if the reviewee has not yet submitted their self-review, you can start filling out your responses.Save as Draft:
Your inputs will be automatically saved as a draft. You can exit and return to complete them at any time.Final Submission:

📢 Career & Competency Enhancements
Our newest update introduces visual and functional enhancements to both parts of our Career module and their numerous interactions within the app.
Role Category
Role categories have been added to roles to provide a more precise categorization.
Competency Expertise
Users can now be associated with specific competencies to guide other members of the organization in developing their skills and provide mentorship. The Competency Experts will be visible inside the app when the related competency is displayed.
Competency Level Management
Competency Levels may now be managed through their own menu. Previously, users needed to visit the new competency creation menus or edit an existing competency to do so.
Updated Visual Interface
Both Roles and Competencies received facelifts to provide a better and more modern user experience.

We've introduced the "Enable Private Comment for Review Participants" feature specifically for comments left in the Review Results section of a cycle.
Previous Behavior:
In earlier versions of the review result section, all review templates included both shared and private comment boxes by default. These comments were accessible to reviewers, collaborators, and Teamflect admins, but only the shared comments were visible to the reviewee.New Behavior:
A new setting, "Enable Private Comment for Review Participants," has been introduced. When this feature is disabled, only shared comment boxes are available, visible to the reviewee, reviewer, collaborators, and Teamflect admins. When enabled, an additional private comment box is provided, allowing reviewers and collaborators to leave comments that are hidden from the reviewee and other non-administrative participants.

This update provides greater control over the privacy of comments within review processes for Teamflect admins, enhancing flexibility for organizations to tailor feedback visibility according to the organization's needs.See how it works 👇
1. Feature Disabled (Unchecked):
When this setting is not enabled, only one type of comment box is available, ''overall comments by reviewer.'' This box is used for "shared" comments.
Shared comments are visible to all parties involved in the review process, including the reviewee (the person being reviewed), the reviewer (typically the direct manager), any collaborators (other individuals invited to contribute to the review), and Teamflect admins.
2. Feature Enabled (Checked):
Enabling this setting provides two distinct types of comment boxes: one for shared comments and one for private comments.
The shared comment box functions just like the single comment box when the feature is disabled: comments here are visible to the reviewee, the reviewer, collaborators, and admins.
The additional private comment box is exclusively for the reviewer, admins and any collaborators. Comments left in this box are not visible to the reviewee or other non-administrative participants. This allows reviewers and collaborators to share confidential feedback or discuss sensitive topics that may not be suitable for the reviewee to see.

Teamflect now supports Turkish, expanding our multi-language capabilities! This update enables Turkish-speaking users to interact with the app in their native language, enhancing both user experience and accessibility.
To change the app's language to Turkish, follow these steps:
- Find your name at the bottom leftof the app or click your profile picture on theHomepage.
- Click "Settings & Profile".
- Switch to "My Settings".
- Locate the "Language" section in the ''General Settings'' and select "Turkish" from the dropdown menu.
