📢 Start One-Time Reviews from the App
To make review launches faster and easier, we’ve added a new way for admins to start one-time reviews directly from the app.
What’s new?
From the Reviews page, click New review > One-time review to open a new popup and send reviews without needing to go through the Admin Center.

How it works:
- Select reviewees manually. Their managers will auto-fill as reviewers (editable).
- Add multiple rows to send multiple reviews at once.
- You’ll see a confirmation popup before sending and a success message after.
- A direct link to the Admin Center is included for detailed management.
- Works on mobile too—just with a cleaner layout.

This should significantly improve the experience for customers who don’t use automation or just need to fire off quick, ad-hoc reviews. 🔥

📢 Relationships Page Redesign (Formerly: Focus People)
We’re giving the Focus People section a much-needed overhaul to improve clarity and usability:
- New Name:The page is now calledRelationships.

- Sidebar Update:The button is renamed to Relationships and moved under Users > User Attributes.
- Simplified Navigation:Instead of two separate pages (Types & Relationships), there's now a single Relationships page. Use the "Manage Relationship Types" button to access the secondary page.

- Cleaner Layouts:Headers, descriptions, and table improvements are added for clarity across both pages. ✨
- Search users by name

- Bulk delete relationships

📢New: Reviews – Display User Attributes in Reviews
You can now control which user attributes are visible in performance reviews!
Under
Admin Center > Reviews
, we’ve introduced a new setting:“Display user attributes in reviews”
When enabled, admins can choose specific attributes
(e.g., Department, Job Title, Employee ID)
to be shown on the review screen and in the printed review output.📸 Here's what the configuration looks like in the Admin Center:

Once saved, selected attributes will appear:
- Just below the reviewee’s name in the review screen
- In the printable version of the review
- Visible to all participants (reviewer, reviewee, and admin)

📌Why this matters:
This gives admins more flexibility in tailoring the review experience — showing only the information that’s relevant for reviewers.
đź’ˇ
Use Case Example:
HR teams can now ensure
fairer, more contextual reviews
by displaying key attributes like Job Title
and Department
directly in the review. This helps reviewers calibrate expectations and reduces the need to manually reference user data during evaluation cycles.new

This update is live thanks to a popular request on our public roadmap. Check it out here and keep the ideas coming!
We’ve made it easier for leaders in larger organizations to access the reviews they need, no matter how deep their org chart goes.
Users with deeper team structures will now benefit from improved visibility on the Reviews About My Team page. With our new “Filter by Team” feature, you can now drill down into your team's structure and view reviews from deeper levels, just like you would usually do for direct reports.
Here’s what’s new:
- On the "Reviews About My Team" tab, a"Filter by Team"button will appear when your direct reports manage teams of their own.

- Selecting this button opens a structured view of your team, displaying each direct report along with their photo, title, and number of direct reports.
- You can drill down into multiple levels of your organization, viewing reviews from deeper layers of your team as needed.

- As you explore different levels, a breadcrumb trail will display your navigation path, allowing you to move between levels easily and track reporting relationships.

- You can also view peers at each level using dropdowns within the breadcrumb, giving you additional context on the reporting structure.

- All navigation states, including filters and scroll positions, are preserved when viewing a review and returning to the filter view.
This enhancement ensures you have full access to the reviews that matter, regardless of your team's structure. The new experience is designed to be smooth and user-friendly, with visual cues such as hover effects, tooltips for longer titles, and responsive scroll functionality.
If a selected team member doesn’t have any reviews available, an empty state will be displayed to indicate that clearly.
Whether you’re leading a small department or managing across multiple layers, this feature gives you the transparency you need to support your teams effectively, no matter how complex the structure.
