We’ve introduced a small but useful improvement to rating questions in Reviews, Surveys, and Feedback modules. Admins can now include “0” as a rating option when using numerical ratings.
What’s new
When configuring a rating question, you can now allow 0 (zero) to appear in the rating scale.
How to enable it
  1. Go to Admin Center → Reviews, Surveys, or Feedback
  2. Open Questions or Templates
  3. Edit your question set
  4. Set Question Type to Rating
  5. Set Rating Type to Number
  6. Enable the checkbox: “Allow 0 (zero) as a rating option”

Once enabled, respondents will be able to select 0 as part of the rating scale.
What it looks like
  • In the Admin Center, the new “Allow 0 (zero)” checkbox appears in the rating settings.

This update gives admins more flexibility when designing questions across different modules.
We’ve introduced several small but important improvements in Teamflect to make everyday workflows smoother and prevent accidental data loss.
💾 Autosave for Feedback Forms
Feedback you start writing is now automatically saved as a draft.
If you begin filling out a feedback request and accidentally close the pop-up, switch tabs, or navigate away, your progress will be saved automatically.
When you reopen the feedback request, you can continue writing from where you left off.
This works when opening feedback requests from:
  • the Given tab → Pending feedback list
  • Feedback request notifications

The Save as draft button is still available
, but drafts will now be saved automatically even if you don’t click it.
🛡️ Warning Before Closing Forms with Unsaved Content
To prevent accidental data loss, Teamflect will now show a confirmation message when closing a form that already contains information.
If you try to close a pop-up with entered data, you’ll see two options:
  • Keep editing
    – continue working on the form
  • Discard and close
    – close the popup and remove the entered data
screenzy-1773326743391
This applies when creating:
  • Goals
  • Tasks
  • Feedback
  • Reviews
  • Surveys
  • Notes
  • 1-on-1 meetings
  • Recognitions
If the form is empty, the pop-up will close normally without showing a warning.
📊 Improved Goal Progress Visibility
screenzy-1773327189299
We’ve also improved how goal progress is displayed to make it easier to understand performance at a glance.
Compact number formatting
Large numbers are now shown in a shorter format such as:
  • 1.2K
  • 1.23M
  • 2M USD
This makes metrics easier to read across goal views.
More progress details
Goal progress bars now display additional information directly underneath them, including:
  • Current value
  • Goal weight (if configured)
These improvements appear anywhere goal progress is displayed, including:
  • My Goals
  • My Team
  • User profiles
  • Goals inside reviews
We've expanded the Teamflect External API to support task creation and task updates programmatically.
What’s New?
Two new endpoints have been added under the Tasks scope:
  • POST /Tasks – Create a new task
  • PUT /Tasks/{id} – Update an existing task
These endpoints allow external systems to create and manage tasks directly in Teamflect.
