Birthdays, gender, and ethnicity attributes are now available as user attributes when syncing data from HRIS integrations.
With this update, Teamflect can retrieve date of birth, gender, and ethnicity from your preferred HRIS, allowing these to appear as selectable and syncable fields, just like hire date, title, and department.

🎯 Custom Groups for Goals

You can now organize and share goals using Custom Groups,
without being tied to Microsoft Teams or department hierarchies.

Once enabled, both admins and users can create Custom Groups to reflect how teams actually work. Admins can also manage (edit/delete) all groups across the organization.
Why it matters
  • Group goals by projects, cross-functional initiatives, or temporary task forces
  • Improve visibility and alignment without changing your existing org structure
  • Keep goal tracking flexible, focused, and practical
Custom Groups give you more control over who sees what — making goal ownership and collaboration clearer than ever.

What’s new:
Admins can now limit who can reach the Teamflect Admin Center based on IP address or IP range — so only trusted networks (like your office or VPN) can log in.
Why it matters:
Before, any admin could log in from anywhere. Now you can block access from unknown or risky networks to protect your settings and data.
How it works:
🔹 Go to Admin Center → Security
🔹 Enter the IPs or IP ranges you want to allow
🔹 Save changes
Only admins on those IPs will be able to sign in to the Admin Center.
⚠️ Important: Always add your current IP first — otherwise you might lock yourself out!
Use cases:
âś… Limit admin access to office or VPN networks
âś… Block external attackers from reaching admin pages
âś… Support security and compliance policies
🔒 Admin UI stays open normally for end users — only admin access is restricted.
We’ve expanded our default Azure (Entra ID) sync capabilities. Teamflect now automatically pulls Employee ID and Employee Type into every tenant: both new and existing.
These two attributes are now automatically synced with Microsoft Entra ID, and you’ll see them populated for your users in the
Active Users
 section of the Admin Center.
screenzy-1764155063688
What’s New
  1. Employee ID and Employee Type are now default attributes synced from Azure AD (Entra ID).
  2. These fields are
    not
visible in the app UI but will be available for reporting and admin use.
  3. Existing tenants will receive these new attributes automatically.
This update strengthens identity consistency across HR, IT, and performance workflows, without adding any extra steps for end users.
For more information about managing user attributes in your account, you can check our help center.
You asked, loudly, and we listened! From now on, reviewees and reviewers can add comments when signing their reviews, making the signature step more transparent, human, and aligned with real performance conversations.
This update directly addresses customer feedback for employees to express appreciation, add clarifications, or note disagreements during the sign-off stage.
What’s New?
Optional or Mandatory Signature Comments
Admins can now configure whether reviewees may or must leave a comment when signing.
screenzy-1764154651912
Admin Settings:
Path:
Admin → Review Template → Signature Section
Signature comment settings are part of the
Reflect Changes
functionality in Reviews:
  • Existing non-finalized reviews will adopt new settings immediately
  • Older reviews created before this feature will default to “comments disabled” unless admins enable it
With this update, the review signature is no longer just compliance: it becomes acknowledgment, reflection, and documentation.
