Improved and Expanded 360-degree Feedback
360-degree Feedback is becoming an increasingly more important tool for People & Talent Management, as well as leaders. Our team has been expanding and streamlining the capabilities of our 360-degree Feedback tool to better reflect this reality.
Self-assessments can now be included inside 360-degree Feedback templates, which can be used standalone or in tandem with the other options. This new feature will allow you to place the centre of the cycle within the individual or around the individual inside the cycle.

Modifying Cycle Receivers: Removing Users from Cycles
We’re excited to introduce more flexibility to your Teamflect cycles! You can now choose who will be included in your Review, 360 Feedback, and Survey cycles. In the
Start and Automate
steps of these modules, you'll have full control over who receives these cycles.If you select "Everyone in the company (excluding guest users)" or "Everyone who signed-in to Teamflect so far," you will now have the option to remove people from the cycles and easily manage and view the removed participants.
This update provides greater customization to meet your organization's specific needs!

Controlling AI Generated Goal Descriptions
We're excited to announce a new improvement in Teamflect! Admins can now disable the AI-generated goal description option directly from the Admin Center. This gives your organization more control over how goals are created, offering flexibility to tailor goal-setting processes according to your team's preferences.
To disable AI-generated goal descriptions, simply navigate to the Admin Center and toggle off the feature.

Template-based Settings for AI in 360-degree Feedback
Teamflect's AI implementations continue with the same principle of giving our users the greatest extent of choice and control. The usage of AI summaries in your 360-degree Feedback cycles can now be toggled on a template-specific basis, allowing you the greatest level of control over your cycles.

Continue Right Where You Left Off in Teamflect
Teamflect's most recent update includes a quality-of-life improvement. Previously, when you switched to a different tab on Microsoft Teams, going back to Teamflect would automatically direct you to your default landing page. With our new update, you will be able to continue from the exact tab you were on earlier, saving you the busywork to get back to what you were doing.

Private Feedback to Direct Reports
Teamflect's privacy and visibility options were expanded by another echelon. Previously, it was possible for users to provide private feedback for their peers and supervisors. For more expansive capabilities, gentle leadership and user engagement, the new update from our team has ensured that supervisors, team leads and administrators can also take advantage of this channel to provide private feedback to their team members and direct reports.

Restricting the Goal Types Inside Development Plans
Development plans have been a useful tool for supervisors, team leads and administrators creating Review templates for their organisations. However, the availability of goal types in this section could sometimes lead to confusion. With our most recent update, it is now possible for administrators to be able to restrict these goal types to those allowed inside your Review templates.
