🕸️ 360 Feedback – Radar Chart Update
We have enhanced the
Competency Radar
in the Overall Score card on the 360 Degree Feedback>Results tab
to make results significantly easier to read and analyze.What has changed?
The radar chart now opens with a single
Average polygon
by default, providing a clear and uncluttered view of overall results.
Feedback provider groups are now displayed in an interactive legend beneath the chart, using the same familiar legend experience as the Score History graph.
Users can selectively view provider groups as needed, eliminating overlapping polygons and stacked data labels.

🎙️ Meetings – Meeting Intelligence is Now Live (Professional Plan)
Your AI-powered meeting analysis is now in your Teamflect Meetings module!
Meeting Intelligence is Teamflect's AI-powered meeting analysis feature that reviews meeting transcripts and in-app meeting content to provide insights for meeting participants.
By analyzing meeting transcripts alongside meeting agendas created within the platform, Meeting Intelligence will generate actionable insights and recommendations to help your users to:
- Identify key decisions, action items, and follow-ups,
- Detect missed agenda topics and discussion gaps,
- Improve meeting effectiveness and alignment.
Meeting Intelligence transforms meeting conversations into meaningful outcomes, helping teams spend less time in meetings and achieve more from every discussion.
How to Enable Teamflect Meeting Intelligence
First step to be able to activate the meeting intelligence is to enable your
AI-powered meeting intelligence
setting on your Teamflect Admin Center>Teamflect AI>AI Settings:
After enabling above setting please navigate to
Teamflect Admin Center>Meetings Module
for setting up required permissions
for the activation of the feature.
On
Set up Permissions
certain permissions must be configured within Microsoft 365, and an Application Access Policy needs to be created via PowerShell by your Microsoft administrators:- OnlineMeetingTranscript.Read.All- The main permission that is needed. Once we receive this permission, we can access the your transcripts.
- OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite- The permission that allows us to automatically turn on the transcript when your users join a meeting.
- Application access policy- To call theGet callTranscript APIwith theOnlineMeetingTranscript.Read.Allpermission, your administrator must define a policy via PowerShell.
How to Start Using Teamflect Meeting Intelligence
After your permissions are set, remember to turn on
Transcribe
feature inside your Teams meetings, so Teamflect Meeting Intelligence
can start creating summaries for you!
Once your meeting is concluded, you will be able to find your transcription summary
inside your meeting details
on your Meetings module:
Important Key Points to Note:
- The transcript is generated by Teams' own service— Teamflect reads it, it does not create it.
- The AI Summary is generated once— it runs a single time when the transcript arrives, and AI is not re-triggered even if the user edits it.
- Suggestions are not added automatically— the user approves each one individually.
- If any participant in a meeting activates the feature, it is activated for all participants.If it is turned off, that also applies to everyone.
- Private channel meetings are not supported.
- Instant meetings within Teamflect are not supported.
- Meeting Intelligence is only available for Professional Plan Users

Goals

đź“… Focus on the Right Goals with the Exact Date Filter
When reviewing goals for a quarter, month, or custom period, you may want to see only those that start and finish within that timeframe.
The new toggle in the Goals period filter lets you narrow your view to goals whose entire duration falls within your selected dates.
Show only goals fully within your selected period
Open the period dropdown and enable
“Only show items that fall entirely within the selected period.”
For example, if you select January 1–March 31, a goal must start on or after January 1 and end on or before March 31 to appear. Goals that start earlier or finish later are excluded.
Use preset periods or choose your own dates
The toggle works with preset date ranges and custom dates. It is off by default and
is unavailable when
All Goals
or Active Goals
is selected.See progress based on the filtered goals
While the toggle is on, overall progress is calculated as the average progress of the goals currently displayed. Goal weights are hidden, and setting or editing weights is disabled for this view.

Career now has its own section in notification settings, giving admins and users control over succession plan and individual development plan notifications.
Set preferences across your organization
Admins can manage Career notifications under
Settings → Notification Settings
in the Admin Center. Turn notifications on or off for succession plans and individual development plans separately, and lock settings when you need a consistent approach across your organization.
Customize your personal notifications
Users can find the same Career section under
My Settings → Notifications
in the app and choose which notifications they’d like to receive, unless those settings have been locked by an admin.

A colleague’s achievement deserves a celebration. Now you can add a GIF to your comments on shared recognitions, making your congratulations more personal and expressive.
Find the right GIF for the moment
Open the GIF picker from the recognition’s comments section and search by keyword or browse by category. Whether it’s a round of applause or a celebratory dance, you can find a GIF to match the occasion.
Add a message or let the GIF speak for itself
Send a GIF on its own or pair it with a written message. Each comment supports one GIF, giving you a simple way to join the celebration.
Manage GIF availability for your organization
Admins can control GIF availability from the Recognitions settings in the Admin Center.
With GIFs, celebrating colleagues becomes a little more expressive—and a little more fun.

⚖️Give Employees a Voice with Review Appeals
When employees disagree with a performance review, they need a clear way to raise their concerns and explain what they’d like reconsidered.
With Review Appeals, reviewees can now submit an appeal directly within their review, and Teamflect admins can respond in the same place.
Request reconsideration directly from a review
Once a review reaches the signature stage or is finalized, the reviewee can submit one appeal explaining what they’d like reassessed. The appeal stays saved on the review, keeping their concerns connected to the original evaluation.
Notify admins and keep the response in one place
When an appeal is submitted, Teamflect admins receive a notification and a pending action. An admin can then provide a written response directly within the review.
The appeal and response are visible only to the reviewee and Teamflect admins.
Enable appeals where they fit your process
Admins can enable appeals for individual review templates. The setting is off by default, allowing organizations to choose which review processes should include this option.
Review Appeals gives employees a formal channel to raise concerns and keeps a lasting record of the appeal and admin response.

With the new Survey Results experience, admins and managers can now bring results from multiple survey cycles together and track trends across recurring surveys—all from one place.

Select multiple cycles created from the same survey template to analyze their results together.
For supported question types, Teamflect automatically visualizes results over time, making it easier to spot changes and patterns across recurring engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and other initiatives.
You can adjust the timeline to view trends weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on what you want to analyze.
Go from trends to individual questions
Each survey question now has its own dedicated results view, with visualizations tailored to the question type.
For rating, multiple-choice, and NPS questions, you can switch between available chart views to better understand how responses are distributed and how they have changed over time.
Turn written feedback into insights faster
Free-text responses and additional comments now include the survey cycle they came from, giving you more context when reviewing feedback across multiple cycles.
You can also use Summarize Comments with AI to quickly identify recurring themes and key takeaways without manually reading through every response.
Keep aggregated and individual results together
The new experience separates Results and Respondents, so you can move easily between the bigger picture and individual responses when the survey is not anonymous.
And when multiple cycles are selected, you can see a respondent's answers across those cycles together, making it easier to understand how their responses have evolved.
With historical trends, richer visualizations, and AI-powered summaries in one place, you can move beyond simply collecting survey responses and start understanding what is changing—and where you may need to take action.

Task Group – Filter by Attribute & UI Improvements
Attribute-based filtering has moved to Task Group automations, alongside UI improvements
"Filter by Attribute" is no longer configured on tasks inside a Task Group.
Instead, it is now available in Task Group Automations, where you can specify exactly which users the Task Group should be assigned to.
This gives you greater control and improves the accuracy of task assignments targeting a much more specific employee population.
We’ve also enhanced the user interface and updated some of the wording throughout the experience to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
