How It Works
Access Surveys Module: Navigate to Admin Center > Surveys. Click on "See existing/created surveys".
Select Cycle: Choose the desired cycle.
Update Survey Status: In "See/Update Surveys," select "Waiting for respondent" or "Finalized."

Key Features
Customizable Status Options: Admins can now set the status of reviews within cycles to one of the following options:
  • Waiting for self-review
  • Waiting for reviewer
  • Waiting for calibration
  • Waiting for finalization
  • Finalized
Easily access and update review statuses directly within the Reviews module in the admin center and take full control of your review cycles by setting statuses such as sending reviews back for resubmission, finalizing reviews, or initiating calibration processes.
How It Works
Navigate to Reviews Module in the Admin Center.
Select Review Cycle: Click on the "See/Update Reviews" section to view the status options for each review.

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Reviews and Surveys module – the introduction of the "Group By" feature! This update empowers you to organize surveys and reviews more efficiently by grouping them based on cycles or templates.

How It Works
Navigate to Reviews or Surveys module: Click on All Reviews or All Surveys tab.
Click on the "Group By" Button: You'll notice a new button labeled "Group By" – simply click on it to trigger the grouping options.
A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose how you want to group your surveys and reviews. You can opt to group them by the cycles titles or by the templates titles that were used.

Easily categorize and access your surveys and reviews based on your preferred criteria.
By improved visibility, you can gain better insights into your feedback data by arranging it in a way that makes sense to you and your team.

With our latest update, you now have the power to effortlessly designate feedback providers using Excel integration. Gone are the days of manual assignment hassles; simply upload all feedback providers via Excel to streamline the process.

In the last step of your review template configuration, you can detect the ''360-degree feedback providers'' and download the template.

Access the note-adding section directly within the Teamflect app when sending out feedback requests.
Simply navigate to the feedback request interface and find the new note-adding section, easily accessible and intuitive to use.

Reviewer Change: Keeping initial reviewer answers

We're thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to Teamflect: the ability to seamlessly transition between reviewers while preserving the initial reviewer's answers.

How to Access
Navigate through the admin center, locate the desired review cycle. Once you've identified the review you wish to modify, simply click on "See/Update Reviews" to proceed.

When it comes to switching reviewers, Teamflect simplifies the process. With just a click on the pen icon next to the reviewer's name, you can effortlessly select a new reviewer from the list.
But what about the feedback already provided by the previous reviewer? Here's where Teamflect truly shines. Upon changing the reviewer, Teamflect prompts you with an option to "Keep the answers of the current reviewer." Opting for this ensures that all feedback provided by the previous reviewer is retained, maintaining the continuity and clarity of the review process.
