I've been actively testing TeamFlect for a few weeks, and while it has shown promise, my team has expressed a specific concern regarding the email alerts. For instance, when I assign a task to UserA with a deadline of 2 PM, the user only receives one email notification when the task is created and another after the deadline has passed. Unfortunately, no reminder emails are sent in between or after the deadline. It would greatly benefit our users to receive additional email notifications, as relying solely on checking the TeamFlect app can be impractical at times.
