Hi i would like to be able to filter goals according to the different categories.... for example if it is a development goals or performance goals etc...now i see all active goals

It would be great for Admins to be able to set a 'Default View' in Goals. Each time you click to another tab or staff profile, it automatically defaults back to List View. When working across 30+ staff in the user view and having to constantly change it back, this gets frustrating.

I would recommend a choice for set whatever the use prefers.

I'd also like a filter for the different goal types, so you can change you view to show only individual goals versus other goals you are a part of.
