In reviews module, for the questions where an answer is not require, it should be possible to mark them as N/A during evaluation in order no to include it in the average score of the section

The current behaviour is that these optional answers count as 0 if not evaluated and decrease the performance of the employee. The criterion is not required to have the possibility for the employee to perform on it if the opportunity is given to him but if it's not the case, his note shouldn't be impacted as it would be if the criterion could be put in a "N/A" status
