Creating a task from an Outlook email currently strips formatting such as line breaks, making the resulting description hard to read. This preserves the original formatting when a task description is generated from an email. Useful for users who create tasks from lengthy or structured email content.

I am working on our review templates and would like to include nice formatting to the description text used in the question sections (question set-> add question> add description), such as bullet points, double space, etc. Is there any way to do it?

We’d love to have the ability to format the text in both the question descriptions and the question set’s description. This would really help us present the information more clearly.
