Feature requests

Managers and admins will be able to start, edit, archive, and delete Individual Development Plans for direct reports. This enables a more hands-on approach to driving team growth and development.

We will add a new feature for succession plan that enables admins and managers to create and finalize succession pipelines on employees' behalf

Great that we will soon be able to bulk assign competencies to roles but would be even better if this could be extended to other parameters under the role profile i.e. level, category, description, key responsibilities - Just a bulk upload template for all the features would be great!
