What’s New?
Alternative Email Notifications: Admins can now set up a contact email for users who don’t have a Teams account. This allows notifications, updates, and recognitions to be sent to an alternative email address.
Inclusivity for All Employees: Designed especially for blue-collar workers and others who may not have individual email accounts.
How to Use It
For Individual Users: Add a contact email via the Admin Center under Active Users > Edit User.
Bulk Upload: Use the provided Excel template to quickly assign contact emails to multiple users.
