📢New: “Additional Reviews” Tab for Non-Managers

We’ve made it easier for users without direct reports to access the reviews they’re involved in!

What’s New?

We’ve renamed the

"Reviews for Collaboration & Calibration"

tab to

Additional Reviews

Now, non-managers (those who don’t see the

“Reviews about my team”

tab) will be able to easily access the reviews where they’ve been assigned as a reviewer.

Additionally:

There will be 3 groups in the new structure:

If a review fits into multiple groups, it will appear in each relevant section.
The
Reviews as a Reviewer
section will be displayed at the top. If there are no reviews in this group, it won’t be shown.

Note:

Users who can see the

"Reviews about my team"

tab will also see reviews they are assigned to as a reviewer for people outside their team within that same tab.
