Weâve made it easier for leaders in larger organizations to access the reviews they need, no matter how deep their org chart goes.
Users with deeper team structures will now benefit from improved visibility on the Reviews About My Team page. With our new âFilter by Teamâ feature, you can now drill down into your team's structure and view reviews from deeper levels, just like you would usually do for direct reports.
Hereâs whatâs new:
- On the "Reviews About My Team" tab, a"Filter by Team"button will appear when your direct reports manage teams of their own.

- Selecting this button opens a structured view of your team, displaying each direct report along with their photo, title, and number of direct reports.
- You can drill down into multiple levels of your organization, viewing reviews from deeper layers of your team as needed.

- As you explore different levels, a breadcrumb trail will display your navigation path, allowing you to move between levels easily and track reporting relationships.

- You can also view peers at each level using dropdowns within the breadcrumb, giving you additional context on the reporting structure.

- All navigation states, including filters and scroll positions, are preserved when viewing a review and returning to the filter view.
This enhancement ensures you have full access to the reviews that matter, regardless of your team's structure. The new experience is designed to be smooth and user-friendly, with visual cues such as hover effects, tooltips for longer titles, and responsive scroll functionality.
If a selected team member doesnât have any reviews available, an empty state will be displayed to indicate that clearly.
Whether youâre leading a small department or managing across multiple layers, this feature gives you the transparency you need to support your teams effectively, no matter how complex the structure.
