We’ve introduced a new feature in the Signature Section of Review Templates to give administrators more control over who signs a review. This new setting provides greater flexibility for scenarios where only the reviewer or reviewee is participating in the signature process.

The two new settings within the Signature Section are:
✍️ Select who will sign the review:
  • Reviewee & Reviewer (default):
The signature section appears for both reviewee and reviewer as it does currently.
  • Reviewer Only:
Only the reviewer will be shown a signature section and the reviewer will not be shown anything. The step is completed after the reviewer signs.
  • Reviewee Only:
Only the reviewee will be required to sign; the reviewer signature section will be hidden accordingly.
✍️
Who signs first?
  • No Restriction (default): After the reviewee signs, a signed notification will be sent out to the reviewer.
  • Reviewee first: After the reviewee signs, a notification will be sent out to the reviewer prompting them of their turn to sign.
  • Reviewer first: We will send the notification to sign to the reviewee once the reviewer has signed the review.
