You can now control which user attributes are visible in performance reviews!
Under
Admin Center > Reviews
, we’ve introduced a new setting:
“Display user attributes in reviews”
When enabled, admins can choose specific attributes
(e.g., Department, Job Title, Employee ID)
to be shown on the review screen and in the printed review output.
📸 Here's what the configuration looks like in the Admin Center:

Once saved, selected attributes will appear:
  • Just below the reviewee’s name in the review screen
  • In the printable version of the review
  • Visible to all participants (reviewer, reviewee, and admin)

📌Why this matters:
This gives admins more flexibility in tailoring the review experience — showing only the information that’s relevant for reviewers.
💡
Use Case Example:
HR teams can now ensure
fairer, more contextual reviews
by displaying key attributes like
Job Title
and
Department
directly in the review. This helps reviewers calibrate expectations and reduces the need to manually reference user data during evaluation cycles.
