Relating Task Groups to Goals

We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature in Teamflect: You can now relate goals to task groups, helping you align your team's tasks with their goals for improved tracking and management! 🎯

Link Goals to Task Groups: When setting a goal, simply choose the task group option and select the task group you want to associate with that goal. This allows for a more organized approach, where you can directly link the tasks that contribute to achieving the goal.

Create and Add New Tasks: Need to add more tasks to your goal? You can now create new tasks and add them directly to the task group while linking it to the goal—making it easier to manage everything in one place!

This update is designed to give you greater flexibility and control over how you organize your team’s objectives and the steps needed to achieve them. We hope this streamlines your workflow and makes goal management even more efficient! 💪
