It currently only allows for adding an update for today which I find to be an unrealistic limitation/expectation. As we all know life sometimes gets in the way or updating the system is not your top priority for the day. In our case, we are migrating from another system (which has this ability) and with the ability to migrate or enter historical progress updates, we will lose all the history of a goal except for the latest progress update.

I feel like it can be another switch in the admin centre to turn on or off can be defaulted to off.
