Ability to group competencies (competency buckets)

We have competency buckets (e.g., Problem-Solving), competencies (e.g., Effective work-execution), descriptions, and behavioral examples. Currently the tool only allows for competency names, descriptions, and expectations. It would be great to be able to group them. I know some organizations have Core Competencies and Functional Competencies. I suspect other organizations would appreciate this feature, too

Categories will definitely be beneficial. If you can could categorize competencies you can integrate a skills framework. What would build on that is to enable the ability to assign reach to competencies. For example: Behavioral competencies such as autonomy, creativity, decision-making... will apply to all employees instead of assigning them to each role individually. This should be paired with the Competency codes as well.
