Add a Qualifications/Certifications area to complement Competencies area

We currently use the Competency area. The addition of a Qualifications / Certifications area to the Careers module would be very useful. We often need to track and manage what staff have what qualifications/certifications and their progress in attaining new qualifications.
Being able to manage this in a separate section of Careers would allow us to keep a clear separation between this and competencies.

I was just chatting with support about this very feature, as I couldn't believe it's not included with Teamflect. Being able to track which employees have which certifications (like Cisco CCNA for example) is pretty crucial for us. I like to also tie certifications to roles, and understanding who has which certification allows for progression in those roles. Would love to manage this in Teamflect rather than using a spreadsheet for tracking which employees have which certifications!
