In the reviews module, I suggest adding a range in the multiple choice criteria, for example:

Unsatisfactory from 1 to 1.7

Improvement needed 1.8 to 2.7.

Meet expectation from 2.8 to 3.7.

Exceeded expectation from 3.8 to 4.7.

Exceptional from 4.8 to 5

Then system calculates the rating automatically based on the review result.
