Admin permissions today are scoped by department or attribute, not by module, so there's no way to grant someone company-wide admin rights limited to a single module. This lets admins assign full admin access to just one module, such as Recognitions. Useful for organizations that want to share admin responsibilities for a specific module without granting broader access.

Global admin templates / templates not editable for scoped admins

Hi, it would be beneficial to mark templates (surverys, reviews etc) as something like "Global admin only" which would make them editable only for global admins, not for scoped admins. If I would like to make sure that global template is not changed, but scoped admin can create something local - it's not possible.

We can see how having a Global Admin-only option for templates would help protect global configurations while still allowing Scoped Admins to create local ones. Is there a way to export information/summary about permissions given to users? In big organizations it;s a must when there is 50 admins with complex access. We would like to have systematic access checks.

Expand Report Reader persmissions so that person can Calibrate a review for any employee they are assigned as managers for - right now only way they can Calibrate reviews is if they become Admin which opens up all reviews (including their own) to their access.

Scoped Admins cannot edit review, surveys and 360-degree feedback templates without having the permission to edit the organisational settings. Would be good to have these separated.

A managerial reporting relationship that allows the project manager to initiate a review cycle BUT does not allow the project manager to have full access to the reviewee's review data (the project manager only sees their own reviews for the reviewee)

A new reporting relationship where the reviewer (Project Manager) can initiate a review cycle for a set of reviewees (Individual Contributors), but the reviewer cannot view all of the ICs’ data (e.g., annual reviews, feedback). The PM would just see their own reviews for the ICs.
Background - We have direct managers who support each of our ICs directly (and thus they are the ones who have access to their ICs' data), and we have project teams that are reconfigured every 3-5 weeks. We want our project managers to be able to kick off review cycles for their teams WITHOUT giving those project managers access to all of the ICs' review data.

Better and more accurate permissions and roles management

As a user of the admin center, I would like to be able to be more granular in the permissions and Roles management.
For example,
- my IT department should have access to everything BUT Reports, but there is no option for that. (--> Scope admins cannot change roles of users)
- On the other hand, I have Department directors who should be able to access global reports, but never the Notes or meetings section, and definitely not be able to start review cycles.
- Or some HR managers who should be able to access the admin center to set up review cycles but not have access to reports and potential sensitive data such as private notes.
I would like to be able to create new roles and/or edit existing roles and choose the details of rights they get, including choosing the admin of which modules and which sections of reports they can access to.
A first step could be to be able to have more roles with less permissions and select multiple roles for a user.

We would like to be able to customize what role access each user has. Unfortunately the preset ones do not work for us because we have some users that should not have access to the admin portion but should still be able to see All Goals or All Reviews. This apples to our HR in particular
