Currently, Teamflect anniversaries are pre-determined with the only recognition anniversary years being 1st year, 5th year, 10 years, and so on. It would be nice to automate anniversary recognitions every year for ever anniversary year (Ex: 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, and so on).

We suggest the creation of "badges". A series of badges will be awarded to an employee when meets a set of required criteria of requirements. For example, when an employee advances to another position or level, or when completes a series of certifications or training.
