Anonymous Recognitions

We need an option to submit recognitions as anonymous. I am an admin that is adding in anonymous recognitions that were submitted outside of Teamflect, so when I add them to Teamflect I don't want them to come from me, because I didn't send them. I am just essentially uploading them. If this can only be done on the admin side, that is fine as well.

Hi Katie, thank you for sharing this request. To better understand your needs, could you share how recognitions are currently being submitted outside of Teamflect? For example, are these coming from a form, email, or another tool?

Myka we use a consultant for our quarterly planning sessions and he uses his own external survey where team members submit what Teamflect would call a recognition, for their peers who live out our core values. Essentially they select which core value, the peer, and leave an anonymous message about why they were chosen. Our consultant sends this to the extended leadership team as a pdf, however I'm sure it could be sent as an excel if requested. If there would be a way to do a mass upload that would be great and save a lot of time. However, they could be entered manually by an admin for the time being if we had the option to send anonymously, as the recognitions are not being submitted by the admin, but essentially just being uploaded to Teamflect by an admin. Having a separate button in recognitions to submit anonymously could also be a solution.
