Integrate a Competency Framework such as SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) into Teamflect. This will give users a complete framework to build upon. With this to also improve competency navigation when adding to a role. This framework has many Attributes and skills and this will make selection of competencies for a specific role a nightmare.

Clickable buttons for each competency in the Required competencies column that will give a description of the competency. This will allow for quick review related to a specific role.
Another suggestion is to have a roles archive instead of having to delete unassigned roles.

Myka If I am in the Roles (Job Titles) page in the admin center, I can see all the roles in the first column. So in the Required competencies column the comepetencies are listed as text. But if they could be like cards that when clicked or hovered over they will show a small breakdown of that competency such as a short description, related skills, available levels, etc...
