The competency codes are set by the system and uneditable in the admin center. This makes it difficult to club similar competencies together based on a similar identifier. It also appears that this identifier determines the order in which competencies flow in the user role profile. It would be good if the user can change the competency code based on their individual preference.

Please allow change to competencies name instead of COMP001, COMP002, etc. We follow four pillars of practice and there is no way to distinguish them, even to add COMP-001-PEO, which is ridiculously long, and would not make it easy to line up and find competencies to add to a review.

Definitely will give admins much needed flexibility. Especially allowing categorizing competencies... This could also be a quality of life feature by itself... But the corresponding codes would be required.

I agree, I would like to be able to set the codes (as Admin). This way I have control when setting new competencies up (makes the list very disjointed as it stands and not very user friendly for our employess)
