Context: There are individuals who would like to ask specific questions when gathering feedback on themselves or others, which goes beyond the standard templates provided.
Current Workaround: Currently, users are utilizing the optional ''note'' field when launching a feedback request to include additional questions. However, this method is not effective as it tends to be overlooked by users.
Desired Feature: The request is for a feature that allows users (both managers and employees) to create their own feedback questions/templates that would be visible only to them. This would enable a more personalized and relevant feedback process.
Visibility: It is emphasized that these customizable questions should be saved for individual use and not be available to everyone else, ensuring privacy and specificity in feedback requests.
