it will be good to have review rating scales that can be customizable. Apart from 9 box grid, there can be a 4-point scale with numbers and descriptors that are customizable.

Additionally it will be good to have an option to make these label optional while creating reviews. We use these labels only for annual review and keep quarterly reviews to be purely qualitative
