We're using the agenda and minute tool in our meetings. Only the "author" of an agenda point can edit the approx. time field and agenda point title. We need for everyone in the meeting to be able to edit the approx. minutes and the agenda points. Same goes for the notes under each agenda point. We write our minutes in the notes section. But only the person minuting the meeting can then make edits. Again, it'd be great if everyone in the meeting was able to edit the notes please.
