Users need the ability to filter the Meetings module to display only specific meeting types — for example, genuine 1-on-1s, group meetings, or all meetings by default.

All Outlook meetings involving two people are automatically classified as 1-on-1s, even if they are unrelated to performance check-ins (e.g., coordination reminders, non-HR meetings). This leads to cluttered views and inaccurate reporting.

Proposed Enhancement:

Add a filter control within the Meetings module allowing users to toggle between:

✅ Only 1-on-1s – Displays meetings with direct reports or managers.

👥 Only Group Meetings – Displays meetings with more than two participants.

🗓 All Meetings (Default) – Displays every synced meeting.

Benefits:

Ensures a cleaner, more relevant view for managers and employees.

Improves reporting accuracy for true 1-on-1 engagement.

Reduces confusion caused by non-check-in events being shown as 1-on-1s.

In future iterations, consider a per-meeting toggle to “Exclude from 1-on-1 tracking.”
