Function for calculating the “estimated” cost of Teamflect meetings

It's about setting up a pricing model in Teamflect that adjusts according to the participants and the duration of the meeting in order to reduce the number of unnecessary meetings. It is an estimated cost that will make it possible to relate this cost to the added value of the meeting.
In our opinion, as soon as the Outlook invitation is sent, the idea is to have a function on Teamflect that calculates the “cost” of the meeting based on the list of mandatory guests and the duration of the meeting (the optional people have no impact on the cost).
At the end of the meeting, we could have:
* the theoretical cost (mandatory guests and expected duration)
* the real cost (actual participants and actual duration)
And having both data in the report for each meeting would also be a good thing.
