The order of the Home page should be customizable, either by the user themselves or through the admin center. Currently, the review section is displayed first and most prominently, even though it is used "only" for development discussions, while goals and tasks are used continuously.

This is a must. If you create a custom block, it shows on the top of the other blocks and there is no ability to change the home page dashboard. We need to be able to adjust for our company's priorities. Right now, our prominent view is the upcoming meetings which is not what we want :(
