Request #1 – Expanded Visibility:

Leaders can only view 9-box results for their direct reports. They’d like a dashboard-style view showing all indirect reports too — enabling cross-team calibration and oversight without navigating into each profile.

Request #2 – Bulk Evaluation:

Currently, 9-box evaluations must be started one-by-one via individual profiles. We are asking for a way to initiate evaluations in bulk (e.g., from a team or filtered list view). Existing workarounds are unintuitive for large teams.
