Incorporate 1:1 Meeting Content into Reviews

Use AI to organize 1:1 meeting notes to help develop comments for performance reviews.
I suggestions about needing to associate discussion points to goals in 1:1 meetings. I think this can be accomplished by having specific goals as meeting topics to discuss during the 1:1. Adding the ability to have AI review talking points from several 1:1 meetings with a common or similar topic and then organizing those comments will be much more efficient than having a supervisor go through each 1:1 meeting.

YESSSSSS!!!!! Currently struggling to find ways to make this process easier within Teamflect to make the review easier for both employees and supervisors. I think even having just general meeting note summaries across the platform would be life changing.
