My question was more around limiting how many people could ask a specific person for feedback, which I understand is not possible. Perhaps something for the engineering team to consider.

We don’t want one person to have a disproportionate amount of requests to provide feedback. The way the system currently works, everyone in a company could ask the same person for feedback. For example, 400 people could ask one person to provide feedback.
