I find it problematic when using rewards with recognitions, as the points don’t get allocated to the correct user (some users also have admin accounts in 365). It also feels messy with so many other accounts to choose from that aren’t even people, like shared mailboxes and groups. It would be beneficial to have an option to limit recognitions to active users only, to ensure points are allocated correctly and to reduce clutter in the recipient list.
