Managers want to quickly identify goals that haven't been updated recently (e.g., in the last week). Currently, only admins can partially see similar insights through reports.

Add a goal filter or column in the Goals UI for managers:

Last updated date

Filter: “Not updated in last X days”

Optional highlight for stale goals
