Add AI integrations to transcribe and take action items from 1:1 meetings

It would be great if, at the end of a Teams Meeting that is recorded/transcribed, the task list that Copilot generates could be converted into Teamflect tasks.

When reviewing reporting on past 1:1 meetings, it would be helpful for managers/admins to be able to see logging that a scheduled meeting was held and how long it lasted. This can help track that meetings are being held as scheduled, and are happening within the scheduled durations (for example, we would like to know if a 1:1 that was scheduled for 30 minutes only went for 5 minutes). This info would be useful in both the reporting module, as well as in the individual meeting details.

Right now, meeting notes taken by an AI note taker have to be copied and pasted into Teamflect Shared Notes. It would save a lot of time if those notes could be pushed into the meeting’s Shared Notes automatically, so they’re saved in the right talking point and meeting record without manual steps.

It would be helpful to record and display 1:1 meeting start time, end time, and duration for monitoring and reporting purposes, similar to how Teams displays that info in the meeting chat. For example, clicking "Join" on the meeting within Teamflect starts a meeting timer, and then an "End meeting" button could be pressed when it wraps up. The goal is for managers to easily be able to oversee that all weekly 1:1s are being held as scheduled between team members, and to have insight on the amount of time spent in meetings for time allocation and productivity reporting.

I am looking for a tool that can automatically transcribe and summarize meeting calls. It would be beneficial if Teamflect could provide a feature that creates a summary based on the call itself, rather than requiring me to manually write and send a summary. This would streamline the process and save time.
