Currently, notification delivery is universal—users must choose between receiving all notifications via Teams, Email, or both. This lacks flexibility:

Some notifications (e.g., meeting reminders or 1-on-1 updates) make sense in Teams for real-time awareness.

Others (e.g., goal updates or review summaries) are better suited to email for documentation and follow-up.

This “one-size-fits-all” setup leads to either notification overload in Teams or missed key updates when users disable email entirely.

Proposed Solution:

Allow users (or admins) to define channel preferences per module, e.g.:

✅ Meetings → Teams notifications only

✅ Tasks → Both Teams and Email
