Currently, the search bar seems to prioritize contacts based on Outlook usage - not actual activity in Teamflect. This often pushes the wrong people to the top, slowing down workflows.

It would be much more helpful if Teamflect prioritized the people you actually interact with most in the platform - like those you give feedback to, have meetings with, or search for often.
