Enhanced Rich Content Support for Meetings
P
Pierre
Problem: The Meetings module is currently limited when it comes to creating professional meeting notes and summaries. While shared notes support some formatting, users cannot effectively create rich, visually structured content that can be shared with stakeholders.
As a result, teams rely on external tools such as Word, Excel, and Power BI screenshots, then manually recreate or distribute information outside of Teamflect.
Requested Improvements
- Rich Text Formatting for Talking Points
Allow users to format talking points and discussion items using:
Bold
Italic
Text color
Highlight color
Font size
This would help users emphasize priorities, action items, and key discussion topics directly within meetings.
- Improved Table Support
Allow tables pasted from Excel, Word, and similar sources to render correctly with:
Readable font sizes
Proper column widths
Preserved structure and formatting
Image Resizing
Allow users to resize pasted images using drag handles or sizing controls.
This is especially important for screenshots of dashboards, KPIs, charts, and reports that need to be referenced during discussions.
- Formatting Preservation in Meeting Summary Emails
Ensure that rich content created inside Meetings is preserved when summaries are emailed, including:
Text formatting
Tables
Images
Layout structure
The emailed summary should closely match the content users see inside Teamflect.
My team would like to use Meetings as a complete meeting documentation and summarization tool. However, the current editor limitations make it difficult to create stakeholder-ready meeting outputs without relying on external applications.
Improving rich content support would increase adoption of the Meetings module and reduce the need for users to maintain separate meeting documentation outside Teamflect.
I can demonstrate several real-world use cases including:
Color-coding discussion points by priority
Embedding KPI and progress tables
Including Power BI dashboard screenshots
Sharing professionally formatted meeting summaries with stakeholders

Formatting within meeting notes

Whenever I put in "bullets" under talking points on the meeting, whenever I click "delete" to move the bullet left it deletes the bullet entirely and I have to scroll back up to the talking point to reapply the bullet. Can we have the functionalities similar to other Microsoft products?

Have a repeat occurrence of an active url link available under Talking Points feature of the meeting series

If we can have an active URL link under the Talking Points heading rather than under the "add a shared note". OR if we can repeat the occurrence of the url link shared under "add a shared note" of the meeting series.
OR we can have a "Repeat Attachment file in every occurrence of the meeting series"

Attachment in Meetings

Attachments to roll over to the next meeting. Such as a project brief, that should be visible for each meeting as a resource to refer to. This way you can always refer to an attachment or even a link to a SharePoint site with more details.

Rich text option for review forms
L
Laura
I would like to have an option to highlight or emphasize certain bits of the text in the reviews I write for myself or my team members for:
- ease of reading the review
- ease of using it as a source during the review conversation
- being able to convey important bits more effectively via writing and to avoid misunderstanding.
Limited range of rich text options would suffice: bolding, italics, bullet points. Now our only tool is using all caps and that is just awful :)

I second on this, especially the bullet points.
