When it comes to goal measurements, it would be good if you could have one the increase / be greater than a target value. There is one to stay below, but if someone wanted to increase or stay above a value (through efficiencies for example), that would be very useful eg a target to submit a tender at least 2 days before a deadline date, or keep On time Delivery above 90%, etc
