An important point for our organization is to monitor the training that our employees have followed. We didn't see a section dedicated to this topic in the admin settings or a feature planned in the roadmap. In our sector, the retention rate is better for companies that give training to their employees every year.
In a first step, if we had the possibility to enter the below info in a form to create catalog entries :
  • The name of the training (or certification)
  • A short description
  • Duration (in days)
  • Prerequisite : link to other catalog entries => this field is not mandatory
  • "Next steps" or "To go further" : link to other catalog entries in order to store the values of more advanced training or a certification to pass=> this field is not mandatory
Then, in another section the manager could assign a catalog entry to a person of his team when the training is effectively planned and fill :
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Status (customizable if possible)
  • Comment of the employee
  • Comment of the manager
