Hello, I'd like to submit a request for two features.

Firstly, I would like it to be possible to receive suggestions from Teamflect for the section "Potential new roles" (from Career > Add new role). Secondly, I'd like to ask for the chance to select nothing in the section "Employment Type" (from Career > Add new role), as there can be some roles with multiple employees not having the same employment type (for example, some are FTE, some only work part-time).
