Please allow a feature to retroactively update employee names in all past content when their Azure AD profiles are updated.

The Issue: Employee name changes in Azure AD don't update in past reviews, recognitions, and feedback - only in new content going forward.

Why It Matters: For employees changing their identity or updating to their married name, having their new name shown in all historical content demonstrates organizational support and creates consistency across all documents.

Business Impact: This would help create an inclusive environment and ensure all employee records reflect their current identity.
