Feature requests

We will introduce a Succession Planning feature within the Career module, enabling admins to identify and plan for future leadership by mapping potential successors for key roles. This will help ensure both leadership development and business continuity.

It would be great if competencies had related learning resources tied to them. If you needed a specific competency, what can you do to obtain that competency (add learning resources (on the job activities, books, courses, etc...)

This new addition aims to empower users with personalized development pathways for nurturing professional growth and achieving career objectives.
