Enable seamless goal progress updates by syncing data from Microsoft Planner, including both task and checklist item completion/progress. This feature allows goals in Teamflect to automatically reflect real-time updates based on Planner activity — whether entire tasks are completed or individual checklist items are checked off — ensuring accurate, up-to-date alignment between project execution and goal tracking.

Enable managers to access Power BI-based analytics and performance reports for their direct reports directly within the Teamflect app. This feature provides comprehensive insights into goal progress, engagement, and performance metrics — helping managers make data-informed decisions and drive team success. *Available exclusively as part of the Professional Plan.

Expand Teamflect’s accessibility by introducing Italian language support across the platform. This enhancement allows Italian-speaking users to navigate, communicate, and engage with all features in their preferred language — improving user experience, inclusivity, and adoption among global teams.

Admins will be able to add their company logo in the General Settings page and include it in outgoing emails from Teamflect. This allows organizations to personalize their communication and reinforce brand identity in employee-facing messages. *This feature will be available on the Professional plan.

It would be extremely beneficial if Copilot could connect to Teamflect data across the board in a read and write relationship.

Users will be able to ask questions to an AI chatbot inside Teamflect to get insights on team performance, progress, and other key metrics. This also helps users quickly understand how features work, get setup guidance, or find answers.

We will enhance the user experience by improving the header design and functionality on the Home and Module pages of the app for better navigation and usability.
