Teamflect - External user access management allows secure, controlled access for external stakeholders, enabling collaboration while protecting sensitive internal data.

Users will be able to carry over their shared notes into recurring meetings. This helps teams retain important context like shared documents, links, and decisions without needing to re-add them manually each time.

Users will be able to export Goals / OKRs file. This helps teams easily present goal progress and alignments in meetings or leadership updates without manual formatting.

Would like a cleaner and more clear user interface with survey reports. The ability to print dashboards and filtered views would be good. Also ability to rollup and aggregate data.

Users will be able to select and delete multiple goals at once, improving efficiency and usability when managing goal lists.

The development plan in a review only lets you add in new goals, would be nice to be able to grab goals that you have already set up if you did the work in advance or if the goal is continuing.

Users will be able to create and manage preset goal / OKR templates that users can choose from when setting a new goal. This helps standardize goal-setting across teams and saves time by reducing manual entry especially for frequently repeated objectives.

Admins will be able to create a custom-branded Teamflect app for Microsoft Teams by uploading their own name and icons. This helps companies deliver a more personalized experience by embedding Teamflect into Teams under their own brand. *This feature will be available on the Professional plan.

Users will be able to use additional task statuses such as “In Progress” to better reflect the current state of their work. This helps improve clarity in task tracking, especially for tasks that span multiple days or require collaboration.
