Feature requests

Work anniversary could be reflected just till 5 years...How people who works more >5 year should be recognized and reflected in Teamflect? It's very important feature!

It would be helpful to have API for recognitions module as the other tool we had allowed to showcase praises on internal dashboards and TVs throughout the office and encourage recognition as well as communicate it broader.

We would like to request removal of the character limit for recognitions so that we can include multiple customer feedback in a recognition.
