Feature requests

Admins will be able to send out review cycles directly from the main Teamflect app. This allows HR admins to manage performance reviews without accessing to the admin panel, making the process faster and more accessible.

Managers will be able to filter users using 9-box categories during user selection. This helps managers and admins quickly target specific talent groups such as high performers with high potential when setting up reviews or surveys.
