Feature requests

It would be extremely beneficial if Copilot could connect to Teamflect data across the board in a read and write relationship.

Users will be able to ask questions to an AI chatbot inside Teamflect to get insights on team performance, progress, and other key metrics. This also helps users quickly understand how features work, get setup guidance, or find answers.

It would be great to have a way to view all notes related to a specific person in one place — including private, shared, and meeting notes — and then generate an AI summary of the key points. This would save time and help managers prepare more thoughtful, well-rounded reviews.

Add AI integrations to transcribe and take action items from 1:1 meetings

It would be great to have the ability of AI to create a report on goal based on input.
