We didn't see a section dedicated to this topic in the admin settings or a feature planned in the roadmap. In our sector, the retention rate is better for companies that give training to their employees every year. In a first step, if we had the possibility to enter the below info in a form to create catalog entries : The name of the training (or certification) A short description Duration (in days) Prerequisite : link to other catalog entries => this field is not mandatory "Next steps" or "To go further" : link to other catalog entries in order to store the values of more advanced training or a certification to pass=> this field is not mandatory Then, in another section the manager could assign a catalog entry to a person of his team when the training is effectively planned and fill : Start date End date Status (customizable if possible) Comment of the employee Comment of the manager Thanks in advance for your attention on this requirement. Training support may already planned in your roadmap, if not, such a feature could be a very interesting asset for Teamflect.
