Feature requests

Currently, managers can only see direct reports under the My Team tab, but we request visibility into deeper levels (indirect reports and entire departments). If survey results could be split or filtered by department or team for senior managers who oversee multiple groups. Unlike the Reviews module (which supports team-based filtering), the Surveys module currently presents an aggregated view. We want the ability to view and filter survey results by team or department for more granular insights.

Currently, the questions are sorted in the order they are added. It would be nice to have a drag and drop option to be able to reorder the questions.

Hi team, We do a weekly pulse survey. My managers want to be able to let their team members know that they have seen and noted any feedback from the surveys. Hope that makes sense!

I understand that the current Survey template lacks the capability to include sections, unlike the Feedback Template. It would be beneficial if the Survey template could be modified to allow the addition of sections. This feature would enhance survey design based on objectives and facilitate data and analytics review by section. It's a fundamental requirement for any survey, and I hope changes can be made to the template.

Dotted line managers should be able to see their dotted line reports' survey responses under the "Surveys about my team" tab, similar to Reviews and Goals.

In surveys, would like to see question branching as an option, if Answer A, it routes to a different question than Answer B) and we use this question.

Introduce benchmarking capabilities to the engagement survey module in Teamflect, allowing users to compare their survey results against industry standards or aggregated data from similar organizations.

I am wondering if we can customize any of the modules for quality assurance templates. For example, maybe the survey templates. It would be helpful to have a ready-to-use template specifically designed for Quality Assurance.

Currently all recognitions in surveys are private and can only be seen by the sender/receiver (& manager). Also, the points received from this recognition are not added to the leaderboard. It would be great to have an option so that a checkbox can be marked to make the recognition public and that the recognition points will count towards their total on the recognition leaderboard.
