Work anniversary could be reflected just till 5 years...How people who works more >5 year should be recognized and reflected in Teamflect? It's very important feature!

Would be nice to have the recognize display in Teams Chat to comment and also motivate others to achieve recognition.

With the previously used software, we had an API that provided the latest recognitions in a layout designed for a TV screen. It included customizable options to define how many recognitions to display per slide, how frequently slides should change, and how many of the latest recognitions to show. Allow the leader board to show who has GIVEN the most recognitions, as well as who has received the most recognitions

Hi! I would love to see a leaderboard that celebrates the people giving the recognition! We would like to celebrate the person who has given out the most recognition for each month. Thanks!

We need to set aside a separate points budget specifically for managers and administrators. This will give them more flexibility to recognize and reward team members by allowing them to give badges with higher point values.

Emails and teams reminders to recognize team members. Ability to set these on a schedule by org or individual to improve engagement with recognitions.

It would be nice to have a way to send a recognition badge and note to everyone in the company via Teamflect. For example, if we want to express our gratitude for everyone's hard work and send that badge and note to the entire company, it would be nice if Teamflect could facilitate this process.

We would like the monthly points allocation for users in the Recognitions module to roll over to the next month. For example, if we set the quota to 200 points per month and a user only gives 50 points in one month, they should be able to give 350 points the following month. Additionally, we want the option to define the quota over different periods, such as a quarterly quota of 500 points or a semi-annual quota of 1000 points. We would like to see these two features added to the Recognitions module.
